I would like to know too. I've been using normal Pycharm with Anaconda distribution. No problem so far. What advantage does Pycharm for Anaconda IDE offer?

I have deleted the file. Unfortunately, the same error still appears. Interestingly, I have a desktop PC which runs 2016.3 successfully. It is on my laptop that this error happens. Yet, 2016.2 runs...
