I concur. I annoys me that it _does_ report what it is indexing, but that it does that in a manner which is nearly completely useless, because it goes too quickly to actually see.

It is btw sometimes hard to know what directories are useful to exclude for indexing. I have hunderds of directories, and it does not show what it is currently indexing. Indexing does have to happe...
