"Failed to create a virtual environment" received on create new project

I have restarted my comp and re-opened Pycharm. When I try to create a new project via File > New Project and create a new environment using "Virtualenv," I receive an error: "Failed to create a virtual environment." I have recently upgraded to Mac OS X Ventura.
