error launching pycharm 关注

I downloaded pycharm and in the begining i was having the error message to edit the environmental variables and then now I am getting the error that the vm options cannot be found , I tried all the manual ways to write the link manually and also i tried to unistall and install again and still the same problem I hope if any body can help me
