Debugger Spinning

Hi, I'm trying to use the debugger in a unit test. When I run the unit test normally, it works fine. But when I add a break point and run in debug mode, it spins forever and I don't get any output. Any idea what's going on here?

Could you please reproduce the issue, collect IDE logs (Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Data), upload them to https://uploads.jetbrains.com/ and provide the ID?
