When I type something, it will scroll up 1-2 lines. Literally after typing each new word. This is very disturbing. I'm typing a couple of lines and I need to scroll to half the screen.
How to get rid of this?

Here I have typed only these signs {Enter}+10+1+1+10
Do you see this problem in the .vue file or some other file type too?
As far as I know, the IDEA doesn't have a feature that would scroll up in this case.
Could you please try to disable all downloaded plugins from `Settings/Preferences | Plugins | gear icon in the right of the "Installed" Tab | Disable All Downloaded Plugins` and restart the IDEA to see whether a plugin causes this problem? (You could re-enable them all together in the same place)
