How to change Color Scheme for vue template in WebStorm?

The issue is that color scheme has no effect on .vue files.
Thats what should be -

That what i have now

Color Scheme setup - One Dark, all other files .* inherit the established color scheme.

Solved - rainbow bracket (plugin) blocks this feature.
