My email address blocked for applying student license program
I already have a GitHub Developer Pack account, but when I tried to re-register for the JetBrains student product program, my email was blocked. I'm not sure why, but I have participated in this program before and wanted to renew my license, but encountered an error like this. Can you help me with this situation?

Please excuse the delay in getting back to you. According to our records, your application with the option Official document was approved in April 2023, but you didn't open our confirmation letter. The invitation link in that letter expired, and now I am sending you a new one.
For access to the licence, please log into the link below using the JetBrains Account registered to your email address that you can use as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please note that we have unified our policy regarding JetBrains Accounts for individual customers: personal licenses must be managed under a single JetBrains Account.
After logging in please review License Agreement and accept it in order to start using your subscription.
I'll appreciate it if you let me know how it works for you.

note that some
educational domains are blocked due to the previous cases of license
misuse. You can't get a license with such email instantly. Please
note that also
GitHub's
and our student checks are different. Sometimes we cannot issue
licenses by email or GitHub account alone.
However,
you can submit a request or renew your license with an option
‘Official
document’.
To
get a new educational license, please submit a form and attach your
papers

To
renew your license, please log in to JetBrains account
(https://account.jetbrains.com/)
and click renew. Then select "Official document" and
attach your up-to-date supporting document in the PDF format.
Such
requests are processed by our managers in 2 weeks. If you need a

After checking your JetBrains account I see that you successfully got a student subscription on April 25, 2025, with the option University email address, using yourvalid student email address. That means, that you can use it as your login + password to use the software and the JB account. Please log in to your JetBrains account using this email address and password in order to reach your subscription here https://account.jetbrains.com/login. After downloading the tool, please activate it with the option JB account also using your email address and password.
