The run function display nothing

Hello everyone,

To start I am a beginner here but I have take plentiful time to find a solution without success.

I already tried to install/reinstall, different path. I tried new interpreter with venv environment too.

Nothing works. When I try with python directly it works.

So I can not understand where is the problem. I have made few hours of research by google and I still not found the cause.
