Python Remote Debug feature missing in PyCharm Professional

I tried to follow this tutorial http://guillaumepastor.com/programming/debug-unreal-engine-python-using-pycharm/ to connect Pycharm to unreal console, but I cannot find Python Remote Debug in configuration list.

I have Pycharm Professional version registered under this:
