Type mismatch if extends class

Getting an error after update IDEA and Scala plugin.

As you can see TracingAction extends ActionBuilder but 

if we set value c with type annotation  ActionBuilder interface shows an error.

Cache cleared, compiled classes cleared, plugin reinstalled... What can i do next to fix it?

Project compile successfully. This is interface error only!
