Cannot create a Scala project in intellij

When I am creating Scala Project after installing the plugin it is not opening any project directory. Whenever I hit finish it just say "Scanning file index" and give blue square back to name of Project. Make sure you run the latest IntelliJ IDEA version from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download/index.html.
Try creating a project in a different directory (outside of home, desktop, OneDrive managed folders).
If the issue persists, please file a bug at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/newIssue?project=IDEA and attach the logs: https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085.
