Unresolved reference not updating

My issue is that sometimes PyCharm will stop detecting updates in the code and will mark something as an unresolved reference even when it clearly is not. The issue does not have to do with the Python code itself, and restarting PyCharm always resolves the issue. But it get's annoying restarting the whole program every time this issue occurs. I've searched for an answer, but only find people who's issue relates to actual unresolved references.
