I can't close the CLION IDE.

I installed the latest version CLION 2023.1 in WINDOWS.
And I can't close its IDE when I finish using it.
I don't know what's wrong with it.

Help | Collect Logs and Diagnostic Dataand send the resulted archive via email to clion-support at jetbrains.com.It's caused by the `IDE Eval Reset` plugin. Please remove it from the plugins directory.
