Automatic junit test name change in configuration dialog

I don't remember when it started happening but now whenever I change the class/method of junit test in the configuration dialog, the name doesn't change automatically.
For example, there was a time when this junit test's name would have been automatically changed to "ExampleTest.Test1"

Currently the name change works for an existing (automatic) configuration e.g. on 2022.2.5 and 2023.1.1. Name won't be changed in case of a new config, or if the name of automatically created/new config was changed.
