Clion and VTK

Hey, I've got the task of creating a FEM code using C++ and to do this, I was told I needed to use PARAVIEW to help display 3D objects.
After reading about the software, I found that I needed to install VTK, but I am having trouble doing this. I've tried watching tutorials and googling but none of the ones so far have helped me.
Can someone please help?
