Stop the crazy code completion

When I type <tr>  Rubymine changes it to <strike>

Same with </tr> - changes to </strike>

I have turned off every code completion setting I can find and it is still happening.

Since Rubymine code completion is almost never what I was wanting, I'm happy to turn it all off everywhere.
