Inline refactor...rename interpreting enter as new line and not committing the rename

When I'm doing an inline symbol rename, enter actually enters a new line, which is unexpected. This just started happening recently, and I'm not sure why.

Does it happen in all file types or is it specific to the certain languages? Which of them?
