I'm seeing this plugin as well (Build #IU-171.4249.39). Doesn't seem to work, though it's enabled by default. Any docs on this?
Only related issue I've found https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-165714 . Probably we see traits of the feature that haven't been released yet.
