File it is not rendered as php file in IDE

Hello,
Using PhpStorm 2016.2.1 something happened to my php file, that it is not rendered as php file in my IDE.

Is this some options and where can check it ?

Hi,

Please provide screenshot (whole IDE window, not just part of it)

But quite often it would be wrong pattern associated to Text files in  "Settings/Preferences | File Types"

In left listing of files file is marked with other icon, like "Plain text". I did not find if I can change it?

But the rest pf php files are rendered ok. Looks like that is property of the only file. Where can I change it?

"Settings/Preferences | File Types"

Find "Text" entry it top list

Find and remove unwanted pattern in the bottom list -- will be "Mproduct_category.php" or something like that
