Linking, Compiling running a c program with a static library

I'm new to C Development, appreciate any help with the code itself.
I've attached a screenshot with two projects.
Left side, Static Library project
Right side, Executable C Project trying to link to library.
Appreciate precise solution to my problem with what should I add to CMakeFiles and the main.c file, I'm looking at the similar answer but not understanding it.
