Inspect only existing javadoc

Hi,

we do not have strict options that javadoc must be present on particular elements based on their visibility scope. We tend to document only elements that are not obvious. How can I set the "declaration has javadoc problems" inspection when I want to check only existing javadoc problems but I don't want to see lots of "Required javadoc is absent" warnings?
