Embed terminal not working

Can't use embed terminal in IDE. It's not active (see screenshot)
Tryed to delete all RubyMine global settings, project settings.

After restart IDE i cant enable any tool window (View/Tool Window)? such as "Project", "Favorites".
Just in case, we discussed that problem within support ticket and in RubyMine 2017.1 RC everything worked fine.
This happen with me too :(
It's hapeen again after latest RubyMine update.
