Intellij Ultimate no Spring Framework

Hi, I purchased IntelliJ Ultimate edition the monthy payment, I want to add Spring support but I cant see it in "Add framework Support". When I go to File --> Settings --> Plugins and tyoe "Spring" I can see several Spring plugins including the one I want to use "Spring MVC", is this an dowloading error ? what should I do?
