Make default for run options in 2017.1

I upgraded to 2017.1 and I now got this super annoying menu popping up every time I want to run a new test with the "Run..." shortcut (Ctrl-Shift-F10) for me. I want to set a default to run as nosetest, without a dialog. If I want something else I will set up a manual run configuration. Can I set a default somehow?

Running tests with no current configuration is something I sometimes do hundreds of times a day, and now it takes a second click or selection.
