Special characters
Hello, I make special characters with alt + number. Since I am on notebook without notepad I cant make those anymore, so is there a way to make some micro like "p-p" would make { or something like that?

Are you able to type those characters in outside PhpStorm?
Kinda, I downloaded my updated keymap so now I can make {} / [] easilly but \ (alt+92) cant make on my keyboard so is there way to make like slash would make it. I know in word there is function that makes this from --> it makes regular -> and so on.
If you mean the characters that you make with numerical pad keys then unfortunately it is not possible to do this because these symbols are being inserted via specific physical buttons.
I would suggest installing some international keyboard layout (like EN-US or similar) where they would be assigned to existing laptop keys.
As far as I understand your request, there's no such a feature in PhpStorm/IDEA that makes it possible to type in special characters not using the Alt combinations.
