Perpetual License problem

Hi,

In my organization we have 3 licenses of CLion with perpetual licenses. When we want to buy new licenses for next year, we received this message:

You do not have the correct permissions to upgrade the provided license. Please contact the license administrator to perform the upgrade.

The mail that defined as license administrator is no longer exists in the organization.

How can we get perpetual licenses?
