Where can I find the pre-defined keymap xml files?

Hi,

I'd prefer to edit custom key mappings via a keymap xml file, but CLion (and other JetBrains IDEs, I suspect) will only save deltas to a pre-defined keymap. I would like to start with the full xml definition of the Eclipse pre-defined keymap and go from there but I can't find the predefined keymaps on disk. Is there any way of getting a hold of this?
