Django Template Project Changed

I am using a MacOS Sierra 10.12.5 (16F73) and Pycharm 2017.1.2

I noticed that when I create a new Django program it just points to an already existing django project.

I uninstall Pycharm and Reinstall it already. How do I get it back to normal behavior, that is, using the standard project template.

I uninstalled django and reinstalled it and that solved the problem.
