Why is PHP runtime in Java project? How to remove?

Hi,

I created a Java project, and for some reason the PHP Runtime is include in External Libraries. The screenshot below shows a Java 9 project, but it happens on Java 8 too.  Is this a bug? Can I get rid of it? I don't want the IDE wasting any time indexing PHP libraries and files.
