Add tinctures for "Tips of the Days"

Как отключить подсказки в окне "Tips of the Day" на языки которые мне не интересны? Например, меня интересуют подсказки только, для Swift. 

How to disable hints in the "Tips of the Day" on languages are not interesting to me? For example, I'm interested in the tips only, for Swift.
