Can't create/open project in 64 bit idea on 64 windows 7.

If there are no previously opened projects idea opens without trouble.
But when I try to open ot create project or if there was already a project opened I get a error

Occured problem result in the app not working. Windows will close this app and let you know if there are known ways to solve this problem.

I checked idea 32 bit version. It works. 64 bit doesn't. I have windows 64 bit.
