Can't create new template

If I try to create a new template in PyCharm Professional 2017.1.3, there are already duplicate file names (Pyramid mytemplate and Pyramid layout, 3 of each), and as this is the default settings, it doesn't perform the check for duplicate template names, but if I change something e.g make a new template and try to save, it does perform the check and says that there is already a template with that name.

The main problem that occurs from this, is that you can't actually rename these templates, so you can't create or change any templates unless you delete all of these templates but 2.
