Ruby plugin has stopped working

Hello -

The Ruby plugin has stopped working with IntelliJ. I've selected and enabled an rbenv SDK. When I try to run bundle install nothng happens. IJ is unable to detect bundler or my gems.

If needed, I can provide a skeleton project and a .idea/ directory to debug.
