Setting Template Variables during generic server configuration

I'm trying to configure a bitbucket issue tracker in my PhpStorm 2016.3.2 on Windows as a generic server for tasks. I know that I should provide some variables to template however I'm not sure what I did wrong. I attache screen, when I tried to provide 3 mandatory variables: id, summary and tasks. I've provided some values, however 'path' is always empty and I received error during testing a connection that these 3 fields are mandatory.
How should I provide that fields correctly?

There was some weird problem with interface and / or updating data. Apply changes button seems doesn't work immediately. After few restarts it just started to work.
