Font size in Idea does not match font size in other (3rd party) applications

Hello

I can't tell who is doing it right and who is doing it wrong but fonts rendered in Idea are smaller than in Sublime, Notepad++ and slightly larger than in Win7 DOS-window.

Would anyone know where is the issue?

I have read through this post from 2007 where a plugin named AAhack is suggested, but I can't seem to find it. So I assume it has been discontinued.
