Missing Junit run menu item

I don't see Junit Run/Debug items in the editor context menu in 2017.2.

Do you see Run action on the test method or class right click menu? Please attach the screenshot of the code and the menu that you get. Make sure the files resides in the test root.
The problem went away when I reloaded the plugins.
