really slow on windows 10 pro insider preview

I don't know if it is the insider preview of windows or how the java vm is executing, but Ultimate Edition is bringing my entire machine to a crawl.
2017.3.2 also is slow too.
You guys should look into this just to see what weirdness could come into main line windows 10.
