Pycharm and Angular CLI

I am new to PyCharm and Python. I am trying to develop a new web application using Angular 4 for UI and Python for Server Side and SQL for Database.

When I try to create a new project, it gives me the templates as shown in the image. When I select Angular CLI, it is not doing anything. I am unable to name and create it. What is the issue? How can I create a new Angular app to use Angular CLI

I followed this link and installed angular cli globally, it did not istall properly I think
