Cannot Resolve Symbol: Invalidating Caches, Reimporting doesn't work. Re-installing IntelliJ doesn't help.

Power Save Mode isn't on. There is a Source Root folder. What else can I be missing?

Does it help if you delete IDE folders (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544519) to start from scratch without importing any settings/plugins?
