IdeaVim make PageUp and PageDown work in run window?

I love IdeaVim, I mostly have the settings setup to how I like them, however it causes some strange behavior in some of the non-editor windows (like VCS message window etc.)

One of the most annoying things to me is that pgup and pgdown don't work in the run output window, so if my program has a lot of output I end up scrolling with the mouse.  Does anyone know of a config option to fix this?

Jetbrains people:  would be great if IdeaVim didn't have these annoying side effects in the other dialogs (VCS, etc.) would be great if your QA people could figure out what it takes to make IdeaVim seamless.
