Run and all its options blacked out

Hello,
All run options are blacked out, I tried various of options like reinstalling both PyCharm and Python. Also I let the scanning files to index run for hours which did not come to an end. When I pause the scanning it wouldnt enable any run options either. Screen:

Hi E Nieuwlaar! These options are disabled because indexing is not complete. It's a different question why though, could you please create a ticket in our bug tracker and attach idea.log file from Help | Show Log in ... there?
