Lost my run/debug toolbar

I've looked everywhere. I recently lost my run/debug/step/listen etc toolbar in the top right. All the options are there on the "run" menu. How do I get my toolbar back? I've obviously not looked everywhere or I'm now code blind! ;)

Do you have View | Toolbar activated?
in rider 2019.3.1 version or later go to View->Appearance->Toolbar and check the "Toolbar" item
I had the same problem and solved it as follow:
In the debug tab down side, click on "Show option menu" (See attached picture)
Then tick the "Show toolbar" option
Then the run/debug toolbar should appear
