Cannot debug program

Hi,
I have just upgraded my Pycharm Edu to 4.0.1 and for some reason, I cannot run in Debug mode.
I get a messege "Error running 'All in 8': com/jetbrains/edu/learning/statistics/EduUsagesCollector ".
I have rebooted my PC (Windows 7 Pro) but it did not help.
Until the upgrade it was working fine.
Could someone advise?

Hi Givonygil01! Looks like a bug, I created a ticket in our bug tracker - EDU-1060, please follow it for updates.

I tried to run the debugger on Linux and OSX and I have the exact same problem.
Is there any way I can download the previous version of Pycharm Edu? Or is there any other recommended Python IDE's with a debugger that I can use?
Is there a way to download version 4 until the version 4.0.2 is out? I cannot work without the debugger
Previous version: https://download-cf.jetbrains.com/python/pycharm-edu-4.0.dmg (replace dmg with exe or tar.gz for Windows or Linux).
4.0.2 is released, please update.
