Welcome Screen for selecting project?

Currently DataGrip doesn't offer any Welcome Screen like any other JetBrains IDE, which only allows me to choose between opening an empty project or the last opened project at startup time.

If you have to switch between multiple projects and don't want to manage a giant project you have to waste a lot of time. DataGrip Projects are not even listed in the JetBrains Toolbox and also not stored on disk like any other JetBrains Project Type, for unknown reasons.
