Line spacing in 2017.2.5

The line spacing in 2017.2.5 for the Project tab is HUGE. Is there any way to decrease this? In 2017.1.x it was a sane amount.

Looks like it's configurable in the Material Theme if anyone is looking. Appearance & Behavior > Material Theme > Custom Sidebar Height
