DataGrip - short consistent freezing

Hi,

DataGrip consistently freezes when I'm using it.  This will only be for short periods <30 seconds but happens semi-regularly and is extremely frustrating.  It occurs most often with I switch the focus to DataGrip from another window.  

I'm the only one in my team that has this issue.  

I'm using the latest version of DataGrip and I'm connecting to a Microsoft Sequel Server.  

Is there something that occurs when DataGrip is brought to focus that could cause it to freeze?
