Problem with loading application

I am trying to open an application in IntelliJ but it keeps on loading. If I try to run the URL manually in chrome, then the application is working fine.
Is this the issue with application or any changes to be made in the IDE(IntelliJ)

What application do you run? Please provide the screenshot of the run/debug configuration.
Show where it's indicating that the application is loading, provide the logs, etc.
