unable to set up local host

I'm on windows 10, started a new project, selected pyramid, starter, chameleon. Then once it's fully loaded run the 'setup.py develop'.

once it's run it shows

Starting server in PID 6936.
Serving on http://DESKTOP-18SJB77:6543
Serving on http://DESKTOP-18SJB77:6543 - this links don't but http://localhost:6543/ does. Am I missing something?
