Running from Toolbox gives error

Hi, when I try to run IDEA from toolbox (clicking a project), I get this error:

It searches for the 32 bit version, while I have 64 bit, how do I fix this?

I made that, and then realized that I was on the wrong section, so I moved it to this. I also accidently copied that youtrack
